1. Valid State of Texas Traditional Notary Public commission,
2. Minimum of $10,000 Surety Bond,
3. Minimum of $500,000 of Professional Liability Errors and Omissions Insurance,
4. And must NOT be actively working in an industry or for a vendor that directly conflicts with title insurance.
