October Stats are in! In Collin, Dallas, Denton, Tarrant and Rockwall Counties, new Listings, active listing counts, days on market, average sales prices are up a few percentage points from last year. Closed sales across the counties, with the exception of Collin County with 1122 sales in October are down a few percentage points from 2022. Good news for Buyers who have more choices as we move into the winter! Also please note that we have included condominium statistics for all counties.
